Harvest serving special prix fixe dinner menu for Oaks and Derby

Harvest has announced it will serve a special prix fixe dinner menu following the Oaks and the Derby on Friday and Saturday, May 4 and 5.

The three-course menu costs $50 per person, or $75 with wine pairings (tax and gratuity not included).

The menu also is available a-la-carte.

Chef Coby Ming’s menu follows:

  • First course: choice of bibb salad, grilled asparagus, Toscana, savory biscotti, green goddess vinaigrette or crispy lasagnette, pork confit, sweet potato puree, red wine jus and green garlic gremolata
  • Second course: choice of grilled S.C. strip, bourbon-Dijon jus, smoked blue cheese-bacon grits, grilled rapini slaw or spinach-chard dumplings, buttered radishes, chervil-cress salad and roasted garlic mornay
  • Third course: choice of chocolate mint mousse, soft meringues, bourbon snaps, chocolate-bourbon sauce or strawberry-cabernet semi-freddo, shortbread cookies and strawberry-ginger compote.
