Consider St. Charles Exchange’s prix-fixe Mother’s Day menu
The lineup includes four courses and dessert for $65 per person, and recommended cocktails and wine pairings for each course will also be available.

On the menu:
First course: choice of deviled eggs (daily selection) or Elvis on horseback (peanut butter-stuffed dates wrapped in bacon) with smoked banana vinaigrette
Second course: choice of Kentucky ham plate (Broadbent ham, pimento cheese, pickled okra and biscuit) or spring vegetable crudité with bagna cauda mayo and fried bread
Third course: choice of greens and herbs salad with spiced apples, chicken cracklin’s, cornbread and buttermilk or smoked tomato soup with blue cheese popovers, fried shallots and sage
Fourth course: choice of scallops collards, black-eyed peas, Broadbent country ham and cornbread grenobloise, or game hen, pole beans, spring onions, faro and tomato butter, or duck Diane with green peppercorn cognac butter, glazed cippolinis, yam croquette and jubilee cherries
Dessert: choice of dark chocolate pudding or pecan pie
