Tangerine Closet women’s boutique opening on Frankfort Ave. in Clifton

The Tangerine Closet, a new, locally owned retail clothing boutique has opened in the Clifton neighborhood.

A grand opening is scheduled for Friday, May 25, during the next FAT Friday Trolley Hop, according to a news release.

The event will begin at 6 p.m. and will include food, drink, fun and fashion, according to the release.

From the release:

The Tangerine Closet offers unique, fun and affordable apparel and accessories for women. You will find cute summer tops and dresses that you will not see anywhere else in town. You will not find designer price tags. Customers enjoy personal service and a unique shopping experience in a quaint boutique environment. The Tangerine Closet also carries a wide variety of jewelry and accessories, including fresh water pearls, scarves, belts and bags. Jewelry and accessories are provided by kat-i imports, a local import company owned and operated by Kathy Adams. Kathy selects unique items specifically for The Tangerine Closet. The Tangerine Closet is at 2359 Frankfort Ave.

Hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., closed on Sunday and Monday.
