Insider Louisville just got confirmation that man-about-town Mark Bidner will be back in his Rolls Royce as he makes his rounds to social engagements.
We reported last month that in addition to other legal disputes, BMW Financial Services North America had sued Bidner, demanding payment in full for $120,000 on the lease of Bidner’s 2009 Phantom drop head coupe.
But Jefferson Circuit Court Judge Charles Cunningham dismissed the case May 7, according to court documents.
IT IS HEREBY
Plaintiff against the Defendants are hereby dismissed, without prejudice, to bring any future
action to enforce that certain settlement agreement between the parties.
AGREED,
ORDERED,
AND ADJUDGED
Translation: Cunningham dismissed the case because of a technicality – inconclusive or missing documents or whatever. But BMW’s complaint could be reinstated.

Bidner declined comment for this post.
He’s still is the subject of two other cases in Jefferson County Court – a suit over a $4.4 million Glenview mansion and a claim by Bidner’s ex-wife that he owes her more than $120,000 in support payments after a divorce last December.
More as we know more.
