Think Pink when Oakroom’s Fun with Wine & Food Series returns Friday
The Seelbach Oakroom’s Fun with Wine & Food returns Friday, May 18, with a Think Pink tasting beginning at 6 p.m.
According to a news release, Think Pink will center on pairing pink-hued wines with seasonal dishes. Oakroom sommelier Julie DeFriend will select the evening’s vino, explain why it’s perfect for drinking during warm weather and lead guests through an interactive tasting.
Expect DeFriend to debunk some common and incorrect concerns about pink wines, plus a few bites to be matched with each wine.
