The Marketplace at Theater Square will host a five-course Bonterra wine dinner on Thur., July 19.
According to a news release, winemaker Bob Blue will be on hand to talk about the wines to be served that evening and take questions.
The evening begins with a meet and greet at 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 7, which will be prepared by executive chef Dallas McGarity.
Price is $57 per person (tax and gratuity additional).
First course: Crispy pork belly, baby arugula, spicy pickled cauliflower and Sriracha aioli paired with Bonterra Riesling
Second course: House-made ricotta gnocchi with truffle cream, edamame and caramelized onions paired with Bonterra Roussanne
Third course: Duck confit and roasted shiitake croquette with dark cherry sauce, roasted local zucchini and wilted organic red chard paired with Bonterra Syrah
Fourth course: 48-hour sous vide-cooked Creekstone Farms beef short rib with roasted parsnips, asparagus, Yukon gold potatoes and demi-glace paired with Bonterra McNab
Fifth course: Lemon blueberry mascarpone mousse with graham cracker, whipped cream and raspberry sauce.
