Were running late on this … Louisville’s group for new arrivals is having its regular monthly social tomorrow night.
New2Lou’s regularly scheduled second-Wednesday social is scheduled for August 8 at Rye, 900 E. Market St. in Nulu.

Rye is a trendy new restaurant serving sustainable, seasonal, local food and “American spirits” in the East Market (aka “NuLu”) District. Rye offers an urban feel with the comfort of home and we’re pretty excited to share this new find with all of you. We plan to mingle in the back patio area, on the shaded side of the building next to the retro “EAT” sign. Rye will have the patio bar open and serving beer, wine and a specialty cocktail. Street parking is available.
So grab a drink and join us as we mingle with Louisville’s finest newbies! Look for the signs and people with New2Lou name tags.
The goal at New2Lou is for each person to walk away with at least one new connection. In addition, New2Lou provides an online community where they post community news, information about upcoming events and insiders’ tips that is invaluable to people new to the city.
There’s no fee for New2Lou, just whatever bar or restaurant tab you ring up.
