We’d forgotten that September is marathon month.
We’d go so far as to say it’s a month that calls for endurance and training if you expect to have a chance of making it through all the stuff to do in Louisville, Kentucky.
But the good people at Metro Government sent us their Metrofest 20 compilation, which actually includes 35 events – many of which are multi-day happenings – starting with the 10th Annual WorldFest this weekend, and ending with Full Moon Hikes at Charlestown State Park.
Major events include IdeaFestival, The Gaslight Festival in Jeffersontown and about a million worthy fundraisers requiring you to bike and/or run and/or paddle, then drink beer.
Madness, we tell you, madness! But we never want to hear you use the word “bored.”
