Dishcrawl dine-around town event makes Louisville debut in November
A San Francisco dining out company dubbed Dishcrawl will launch its first Louisville event in November.
According to a news release, Dishcrawl was “founded on the premise that communities can be brought together through food and good company,” in this case, progressive dining at multiple restaurants in a single evening.
In addition to San Fran, Dishcrawls are held in New York City, Montreal, Ottawa, San Jose, Calif., Morgan Hill, Toronto, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. and many other spots.
The first local Dishcrawl event will take place Wednesday, Nov. 14, and include food stops at four Highlands restaurants.
Which restaurants? Participants’ names aren’t revealed until 48 hours before the event—and only then to ticket holders.
Cost for the first Louisville Dishcrawl is $39, which certainly sounds like a low-risk investment for what appears to be a cool idea.
