For a landlocked commonwealth, we’re blessed to have an abundance of fresh seafood, thanks to the men and women in brown.
As a native New Englander and displaced New Orleanian, I am so grateful for that.
On Dec. 23, Majid’s on Chenoweth Square is holding a less-than-traditional Italian Feast of the Seven Fishes. Stephen Dennison of Majid’s explains:
If Christmas shopping hadn’t tapped me out a bit, this would be one holiday dinner that I would seriously consider attending. The menu sounds incredible, and it seems very reasonably priced for what it offers.
This delicious event takes place on Sun., Dec. 23 at 6:30 p.m. at Majid’s, 3930 Chenoweth Square. Reservations are required; to reserve call: 502.618.2222. The price is $55 plus tax and gratuity, which seems like a steal when you consider it includes “serve yourself” wine. (Bring a designated driver, folks.)
