TRIO Commercial Property Group has expanded to Nashville; this is the company’s first office outside of its headquarters in Louisville.

“This strategic expansion allows TRIO to offer their clients access to a vast network of relationships cultivated across the Southeast market,” according to a news release.

Justin Schad, TRIO’s principal broker in Tennessee, is heading the new office, located at 3102 West End Ave., Suite 400.  Schad started out in retail real estate in 2001 and has completed more than 650 lease and sale transactions, the release states.

“Justin’s dedication to providing his clients with best in class retail services combined with his fourteen years of experience in the Southeast real estate market make him an invaluable addition to the TRIO team,” Justin Baker, TRIO partner and principal broker, said in the release.

Along with Schad, the Nashville office will employ one support staff member, with plans to add additional brokers and support staff in the future, Baker said.

Partners Baker, Frank Bellis and Michael Tabor founded TRIO in 2011 after leaving their previous jobs at CBRE Louisville. The company offers a range of services including site selection, tenant and landlord representation, lease negotiations, market analysis and investment sales.
