What’s it like to go from ambitious startup to being a player in the global tech industry? You can find out from Marty Meyer and Greg Mosley of El Toro on Wednesday, March 2, at the Venture Connectors Luncheon.

El Toro logoEl Toro was founded in 2013 (according to the company’s website, it was founded by a 4-year-old dog named Sophie), and it is one of the city’s fastest-growing digital marketing firms. The company’s patent-pending geolocation tech links physical addresses to IP addresses so customers can deliver targeted ad material directly to their customers.

Meyer and Mosley will discuss El Toro’s plans to expand operations both in Louisville and worldwide. El Toro has plans to increase its customer base to 20 countries in 2016.

Meyer is president of political campaigns and corporate outreach for El Toro. He served on U.S. Rep. John Yarmuth’s campaign and worked as a legislative aide for Louisville Metro Councilman David Yates prior to joining El Toro. Last year, El Toro helped retired Army general David Granger displace Guyana’s ruling party of more than two decades with their targeted ad campaigns.

As director of sales and training, Mosley is in charge of on-boarding new resellers of El Toro’s technology, as well as continued training with existing partners.

Venture Connectors’ luncheon meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month at the Muhammad Ali Center, 144 N.
