The man accused of shooting and killing two people at the Jeffersontown Kroger last week was indicted Wednesday.

Gregory Alan Bush was indicted on two counts of murder, one count of attempted murder and two counts of wanton endangerment.

Bush is accused of shooting Maurice Stallard and Vickie Jones to death on Oct. 24.

He’s accused of attempted murder of a good Samaritan, the man who first confronted Bush.

Additionally, he’s charged with wanton endangerment of the good Samaritan’s wife and Stallard’s grandson.

Commonwealth’s Attorney Tom Wine said while case is death eligible, he will talk with survivors and victims’ families before making a decision on whether or not to pursue death penalty.

Bush is expected in court Friday morning.
