1235281_10151939215555115_1886463986_nThe sixth annual NuLu Fest is the place to be Saturday as the community flocks to East Market Street to celebrate all things local, including goods, services, music, food and beer. Each year the street festival gets bigger and bigger, and if Saturday’s music lineup is any indication, it’s going to be the biggest and baddest yet.

The full schedule is posted below, but highlights include the Louisville Leopard Percussionists, Billy Goat Strut Revue, the Nick Dittmeier Band and The Debauchees. Live music will continue all day long at the free festival. And we hear there will even be live pole vaulting demonstrations by a company called Vault in the Ville. Who knew?

Adding to the music and Olympic activities are all the usual suspects — Maker Faire Louisville, beer from the Louisville Beer Store, wine from Old 502 Winery, cocktails from Copper And Kings, food from restaurants that line East Market, along with food trucks, a Kid’s Corner and lots, lots more. Take a gander at this map to see what all is in store.
