Things are going to get quite festive in Jeffersontown on Saturday, June 11, as the Summer Craft Beer Fest takes over the downtown Pavilion all afternoon. The annual event will feature more than 50 craft beers, local wines, food trucks and live music, as any good festival should.

jtown1Produced by the Chamber Jeffersontown, the event is rain or shine and runs from 2-6 p.m. Participating breweries and distributors include Jeffersontown’s own 3rd Turn Brewing, of course, as well as the Kentucky Guild of Brewers, New Belgium Brewing, Leinenkugel’s and River City Distributing.

Organizers say that while there are tickets still available, if you wait till the day of, you might be out of luck. Purchase them early — for $35 — online or at the Chamber Jeffersontown (10434 Watterson Trail) or any Cox’s Smoker’s Outlet. If you want to chance it and wait till the day of, it’ll be $45 at the entrance. DD tickets are $10.
