Thursday (8/1) Friend of Lou Night at Slugger Field – Friend of Lou invites you out to a ball game! Show this Friend of Lou pass at will call and get $2 off the regular ticket price. And first 100 to show up with the pass get in FREE! $1 beers and live music from 5:30-7:05 pm. So get their early!
Thursday (8/1) I.D.E.A.S 40203 presents “In Our Living” – I.D.E.A.S. 40203, a partnership in contemporary art + economic development between the Old Louisville Chamber of Commerce and Residency Unlimited, invite you to their first interdisciplinary (poetry, visual art and music), all-Kentuckian group exhibition “In Our Living”. Free and open to the public.
Friday (8/2) Republic Bank First Friday Trolley Hop – free event on the first Friday of every month at the shops, restaurants and galleries in historic West Main district and trendy NuLu District. And this month our friends Via Studio are joining the party with a kicka$$ open house at their brand new space.
Friday (8/2) – Sunday (8/4) Flea Off Market – once-a-month outdoor bazaar in Nulu at Fresh Start Growers Supply, on Baxter between Market and Jefferson Street. And this month, flea was conveniently moved up to the first weekend of the month to coincide with First Friday Trolley Hop, so get your party pants on.
Sunday (8/4) Bonnie “Prince” Billy & Dawn McCarthy – Bonnie “Prince” Billie and Dawn McCarthy bring their world tour to a close at the Kentucky Center on Sunday at 7 PM. The show benefits the Network Center for Community Change. The Power Member All Star Revue will open the show. Tickets are $30.

Tuesday (8/6) Dinner and Movie Series at Seviche – back by popular demand, Seviche’s Dinner and Movie series returns with the film Fried Green Tomatoes. Enjoy the movie in the private dining room paired with a five-course movie-inspired dinner. Showtime is 6:30 pm and tickets are $75 per person. RSVP at (502) 473-8560.
Wednesday (8/7) St. Charles Exchange Live music series – St. Charles Exchange is kicking off a live music series on their awesome back patio this week. The music series will continue every Wednesday from 7 – 10 pm throughout summer months. For updates on live music schedule, visit St. Charles’ Facebook page. Free and open to the public.
