Clang, clang, clang goes the trolley. And chug, chug, chug go the people on the brand new Trolley Craft Brew Tour, which begins in Louisville on Saturday, Feb. 4. The tour is meant to highlight the city’s rich beer history and will include plenty of beer trivia between stops.

Mile Wide is one of the stops.

Run by local company Trolley de Ville, the roughly four-hour trip takes thirsty participants to three downtown breweries as well as a fourth “mystery stop.” For $59 a person, you get flights and a behind-the-scenes look at all three breweries, plus snacks, water, a gift, and trivia with prizes on the trolley itself.

Saturday’s tour starts at 1 p.m. at Over the 9/Falls City Brewing Co. and will stop at Akasha Brewing Co. and Mile Wide Beer Co., as well as that fourth top-secret establishment organizers insist is not a brewery.

Tour times and days vary, so check out the website for details.
