Thanks to Smokey, we all know you don’t step over the line when bowling. Not only will it result in a zero, but it’ll put Walter on your bad side. Who can forget the classic Walter-ism: “Smokey, this is not ‘Nam, this is bowling. There are rules!”

“The Big Lebowski” created many iconic mantras, and they all will be relived, recited and revived at Louisville’s 14th annual Lebowski Fest. Tickets are now on sale for the event, which will be held July 10-11 on the Executive Lawn and Executive Strike & Spare.

This year’s headliner is country crooner Jimmie Dale Gilmore, who played Smokey in the film. Also scheduled to perform are Blue Goat War and Liam — and all the usual shenanigans like bowling, costumes and a screening of the film will take place as well.

Three separate events will be held throughout the two days, and each has its own admission charge. You can purchase a weekend pass for $50, or pay $15-$25 (advance) for each party.

Dust off those bowling shoes and click here for all the juicy details. Tickets can be purchased online or at WHY Louisville at 806 E. Market St.
